We adjust our engineering & logistical resources where necessary to make sure that we can deliver on our promised service levels. By making these adjustments and using loan units we can guarantee the performance of our computer maintenance services.
Loan Units
We place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we offer loan units for short term workarounds.
Hardware Maintenance - Service Level Options
Our standard break fix maintenance contracts are based on a total call to fix time of four hour or eight hours, in or out of normal working hours. However, we can tailor our computer maintenance service options to your requirements, just ask.

Data Restoration
TRC offers a cost effective hardware support service that goes beyond a simple third party break fix computer maintenance contract or service agreement and restores PCs to full operational status.
We offer a full system restoration service for EPOS, desktop and tower units, including optional data restore so work can resume as soon as the engineer leaves.
