Gavin Peacock, Chief Executive Officer
Gavin is the CEO of TRC. Gavin set up Total Retail Control in 1991 building it into a successful business with Chief Operating Officer Patrick Hesnan. Gavin studied Communications and Business Studies in the UK before beginning his career working for various IT companies. He describes his work style as direct, honest, passionate and positive.
Patrick Hesnan, Chief Operating Officer
Patrick is the Chief Operating Officer for Total Retail Control. Since forming the company with Gavin Peacock in 1991, Patrick has worked to ensure that clients receive only the most cutting edge technology for their business. After studying Electronic Engineering at DIT, Patrick went on to work for WANG computers and has worked in the technology industry ever since. His business motto is ‘be honest, work hard and treat people well.’
Steven Maguire, Senior Retail Technology Consultant
Steven heads up Retail Technology Consultancy at Total Retail Control. Since graduating from Dublin Business School in 1999, Steven has worked at delivering effective information technology solutions to the Retail Sector. His approach is to listen and understand the requirements of the customer, define project objectives and if appropriate, prescribe an optimal implementation of one of our industry leading solutions.
Rob Gentles, Managing Director, UK
Rob oversees the company’s continued expansion and growth in the UK market. Rob brings considerable experience to this role, having worked with large and complex customers in his former capacity as Sales Director at G7 Computer Services Ltd. and Prestige Dealer Account Manager at Tracker, UK. Rob’s expertise at an executive level provides a useful perspective and insight to help grow TRC’s business.
John Finn, Service Standards Manager
John is the Service Standards Manager with TRC. John graduated with an Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering from WIT in 2001. He is a valued member of the TRC team and has been with the company for many years. His professional goal is to use his extensive experience and knowledge in many sectors to perform a consultancy role for new TRC customers.
