How Does Savvy Integrity Work?

Simply put, Savvy Integrity will reveal your hire’s sense of honesty in its truest form.

Savvy Integrity will stack the deck in your favour. It is a PC based, non-invasive, 120 question 20-minute integrity test which reveals if your potential hire is honest. The test is based on Israeli artificial intelligence software. It is incredibly effective in its subtlety and its results. The system measures hesitation down to a tenth of a second and compares answers against previous answers.

Using sophisticated response latency analysis to predict predisposition of candidates to negative behaviour on the job, the Savvy Integrity module measures attitudes and gauges past behaviour in the following areas:

The questions on the integrity test engage candidates in a series of predetermined questions. The interactive and dynamic test “learns” about the candidate in real time, tailoring the test to individually generated limited response times based on answers to previous questions. The integrity test (composed of both implicative queries and questions regarding past behavior) employs progressive technology that weighs the responses according to the individual’s actual work experience (i.e., more work experience means more weight given to past behavior; less work experience means more weight given to implicative questioning).

All of the questions, including a series of control questions, are paired in sophisticated multifaceted algorithms that together reach an extremely high level of validity in predicting an applicant’s propensity toward dishonesty.
