Hickey’s Pharmacies, Ireland’s leading pharmacy group, awarded Total Retail Control the contract to roll out a fully integrated EPoS system across their 27 stores. The deal includes a full Microsoft Retail Management System and Total Retail Control modules, so as to meet the businesses need for a POS system which had the capability to integrate all aspects of the business across all branches. Patrick Hesnan spoke to John Lanigan, Commercial Director of Hickey’s Pharmacies about the significance of the deal.
